THE FIRST SESSION IS FREE!

We will schedule you to come in (or meet virtually) and spend about half the time discussing your goals and answering any questions you may have. For the remaining time, I will lead you through a short warm-up and have you perform a few assessments to gauge your current fitness level. The goal of this initial meeting is to gather as much information as I can to best begin tailoring a custom workout program specifically for YOU!
